What: The findings by the Office of Congressional Ethics on an investigation into Waters are expected to be released on Monday. Sources claim Waters is prepared to fight the charges.
When: Monday, August 2, 2010
Why:
According to the LA Times, OneUnited Bank, a bank that Water's husband owned stock in and served on the board, received $12 million in bailout funds. Waters, a committee member that oversees banking, helped by arranging a meeting between Treasury Department representatives, OneUnited officials and other minority-owned financial institutions.

Also according to LA times, the allegations are expected to be made public on Monday.
