Tropical Storm Bonnie Fizzles, BP Well Fix Delayed

Tropical Storm Bonnie formed over the Bahamas on Thursday and made a path toward the Gulf oil spill. Work on the oil spill’s two relief wells has been stopped and BP has evacuated both boats and crew. The storm could push back completion of relief wells by as much as two weeks.
