Whether the allegations are true or not, the divorce between NBA star Dwyane Wade and his wife Siohvaughn Wade is already up there as one of the year's ugliest. Siohvaughn, who had previously claimed that Dwyane had given her an STD, is now slinging mud at her ex-husband's girlfriend, actress Gabrielle Union, who he's been linked to since 2009.

No stranger to fighting dirty, Siohvaughn is suing Union for upward of $50,000 with "inflicting emotional distress with her actions", as Radar reports that she "engaged in sexual foreplay with Dwyane Wade" at his Miami home and in front of his sons, aged 8 and 2. Witnessing this betrayal has been so traumatizing, that the older son is suffering from hair loss, bald spots and is attending the court-ordered mental evaluations that he so desperately needs.

Siohvaughn also tossed in the claim that Dwyane left his 8 year old son to play in the pool at night, supervised. Confusingly, the lawsuit also adds rather superficially that the boys received "medium size" Christmas gifts from Dwyane Wade last year, while Union got "the biggest gift of all." Not so confusing, though, is the way the lawsuit brands Union as a serious harlot, reading, "Defendant has apparently decided to take her role beyond the films and into the home of a married man, Dwyane Wade, in the presence of his two minor children."

Both Dwyane and Union insist that the allegations are false. Dwyane rep's quotes, "I am shocked that Siohvaughn Wade has brought this baseless and meritless lawsuit in the name of our children against Gabrielle Union. I can state with certainty that the claims Siohvaughn made about Gabrielle are untrue... It is clear that this is a desperate attempt to retaliate against me for seeking sole custody of our children."
